Overview

As a Support Engineer in our Health Information Systems division, you will provide technical support for HIS products, collaborating with customers and ensuring successful usage of our solutions.

In Short

  • Provide technical support for all HIS products.
  • Collaborate with customers to understand their needs.
  • Communicate issues and outages to customers.
  • Engage with third-party vendors for product integration.
  • Support the business unit's goals and objectives.
  • Participate in functional, regression, and user acceptance testing.
  • Support day-to-day operations across the HIS division.
  • Maintain effective customer relations in a fast-paced environment.
  • Work independently and as part of a team.
  • Be highly motivated and dedicated to organizational goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher.
  • At least two years of technical support experience.
  • Understanding of technical systems operations.
  • Knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle processes.
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
  • Team player and innovative problem solver.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Master's degree in a related field is a plus.
  • Industry knowledge of health care and health information systems.
