Overview

The L1 Support Engineer will be part of a dedicated team responsible for providing top-tier customer support for the JW Connatix platform, ensuring a seamless experience for clients and content viewers.

In Short

Perform proactive and reactive monitoring of platform services.
Provide email support for various platform issues.
Conduct initial triage on support issues.
Document all issues and resolutions in help desk software.
Train and document processes for team members.
Share best practices with colleagues.
Utilize AWS technologies and monitoring tools.
Work with Windows servers.
Contribute to incident management processes.
Participate in a 24/7 support rotation schedule.

Requirements

Proactive troubleshooting abilities.
Ability to manage high workloads and multiple tasks.
