Solutions Trainer (CDI/Coding) - Remote

Overview

The Solutions Trainer (CDI/Coding) at Solventum will engage with customers remotely and onsite to facilitate training on Solventum™ 360 Encompass™ and associated Revenue Cycle products, impacting healthcare professionals' ability to perform at their best.

• Deliver training for Solventum™ 360 Encompass™ software.
• Engage in blended learning and adult learning concepts.
• Provide live classroom and web-based training.
• Participate in project implementations.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME).
• Comply with corporate policies and standards.
• Work independently and in teams.
• Travel may include up to 50% domestic.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the USA.
• Expected salary range is $119,076 - $145,537/year.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in training.
• Five years of relevant training experience or eight years in lieu of degree.
• Registered Nurse (RN) or RHIA/RHIT Certification.
• Experience as Clinical Documentation Specialist.
• Knowledge of ICD-10-CM, PCS, CPT.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Master’s degree in Health Care or related field preferred.
• Experience with Solventum™ Coding and Reimbursement System (CRS).
• Healthcare training experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a multi-task environment.
