Overview

The Solutions Consulting Leader will oversee and lead a team of Solutions Consultants who serve as key deal strategists, collaborating with Sales, Client Success and Consultant Relations to analyze prospective client needs, propose best-fit solutions, and help execute on a tailored growth/retention plan for the opportunities to which they are assigned.

  • Lead a newly established Solutions Consulting team.
  • Build standards, tools, and roles for the function.
  • Accountable for the success of the Solutions Consulting function.
  • Establish KPIs to monitor team performance.
  • Guide team in developing documentation and resources.
  • Serve as a strategic lead and coach for high-performing individuals.
  • Support Lantern’s growth and retention through expertise.
  • Work internally to solution complex client requirements.
  • Collaborate with various teams to ensure proposal commitments are met.
  • Fulfill the role of Solutions Consultant on select strategic accounts.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of professional experience in consulting or customer-facing roles.
  • Strong management experience with the ability to build and lead a high-performing team.
  • Robust strategic thinking and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong analytical experience working with and visualizing data.
  • Clear understanding of self-funded medical plans.
  • Effective interpersonal skills for teamwork and independent work.
  • Comfortable in a high-growth, fast-changing environment.
  • Passion for Lantern’s mission and collaboration.
