Director Global Process Owner - Employee Experience - Remote

Overview

The Global Process Owner (GPO) for Employee Experience will be responsible for the strategic design, implementation, and continuous improvement of the end-to-end Employee Experience process across the organization.

In Short

• Serve as a central point of contact for all Employee Experience related processes.
• Partner with senior HR, IT, and Finance leaders.
• Lead the Employee Experience process globally.
• Define process objectives and key deliverables.
• Develop, document, and maintain process guidelines.
• Develop a roadmap for continuous improvement.
• Implement process improvements and leverage digital tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Provide leadership and guidance to process teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Extensive experience in HR process ownership.
• Proven expertise in Employee Experience processes.
• Demonstrated experience in driving process transformation.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
• Familiarity with HR systems and technologies.
