Business Systems Analyst - Remote

Overview

The Business Systems Analyst is responsible for collecting business requirements, interviewing senior business stakeholders, developing presentations, programming/maintaining claim processing subsystems, and providing innovative thought leadership to the organizations.

In Short

• Work in a customized software development environment.
• Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders, IT developers, vendors, and QA team.
• Support client implementations and ensure smooth onboarding.

Requirements

• Experience with IT/IS SDLC Methodology.
• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.
• Programming experience with SQL, XML, Visual Basic, ASP, JSP, HTML.
• Basic understanding of networks and web services.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to read implementation requirements.
• Strong presentation and relationship-building skills.
• Experience with insurance applications is preferred.
