Overview

The Business Systems Analyst supports analytical aspects of the application product life cycle, collaborating with customers to translate business needs into detailed requirements and driving quality business solutions.

• Collaborate with customers to understand capability needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or Information Systems.
• 3 - 5 years in IS/IT.
• 1 - 3 years in Lean/Six Sigma preferred.
• Experience in the Health Insurance Industry preferred.
• Knowledge of ITIL and Six Sigma is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Agile methodology.
• Proficiency in SQL.
• Excellent communication and report writing skills.
• Ability to mentor junior resources.
