Business Systems Analyst - Remote

Overview

The Business Systems Analyst will collaborate across the enterprise to define and implement strategies that enhance the Agency channel's partnership with Travelers, ensuring greater visibility and access to data.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and implement solutions.
• Manage requirements gathering and analysis.
• Prioritize requirements based on business value.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, MIS, or related field preferred.
• One year of experience in Business Systems or equivalent required.
• Experience with Agency channel preferred.
• Knowledge of P&C products/systems preferred.
• Experience in Agile product teams preferred.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to manage conflicts and work in a team.
• Understanding of the property casualty industry.
• Proficiency with relevant technology.
• Ability to handle change and ambiguity.
