The Director of Global Process Automation will lead and drive our technology initiatives, strategic direction, and operational efficiency. This role will focus on identifying and implementing emerging technologies to enhance our software portfolio and processes, reducing redundant technologies, and streamlining workflows.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field; advanced degree preferred.

• Prior experience in B2B SaaS.
• Proven track record of leading technology initiatives.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Strong project management skills.
• Ability to implement integrated operating-model changes.
• Strategic thinking and innovation within IT.
• Experience with cost controls and IT demand-management practices.
• Experience with pre-IPO organizations is preferred.
