Overview

UpGuard is expanding its analytics and automation capabilities by establishing the Analytics, Automation & AI (A3) team. We are seeking a business-first leader with strong expertise in analytics, automation, and AI adoption to drive operational efficiency, data-driven decision-making, and workflow automation across the company.

In Short

• Build the Analytics, Automation & AI (A3) team from the ground up.
• Oversee the development of an automation-first culture.
• Ensure AI and analytics are embedded into business processes.
• Work closely with Revenue Ops, Product Ops, Marketing Ops, and other operational teams.
• Create seamless automation integrations across departments.
• Own all n8n workflows across the company.
• Support inter-company workflows involving multiple departments.
• Report directly to the COO for alignment with company-wide operations.

• Experience in driving operational efficiency.
• Ability to lead and build a team.
• Proven track record in data-driven decision-making.
• Familiarity with workflow automation tools.
