Overview

As a Commercial General Liability Claim Adjuster, you will be responsible for handling complex and litigated liability and property claims, ensuring effective negotiation and resolution.

In Short

• Handle and supervise complex liability and property claims.
• Investigate coverage, liability, and damages.
• Negotiate with contractors, public adjusters, and attorneys.
• Maintain a pending and closing ratio of 100%.
• Establish and maintain reserves and payments.
• Prepare written status and large loss reports.
• Attend mediations and settlement conferences.
• Monitor defense counsel for litigated claims.
• Knowledge of current case law and DOI regulations.
• Demonstrate sound analytical skills.
