In Short

• Manage all aspects of claims investigation and settlement.
• Interview involved parties and evaluate property damage.
• Negotiate settlements and recommend litigation strategies.

• Monitor claim file diaries and facilitate ongoing management.
• Interact with agents, insureds, and management departments.
• Ensure compliance with management directives and standards.

Requirements

• 3+ years of commercial claims handling experience.
• Experience with bodily injury and liability claims preferred.
• NC Adjuster License or reciprocal state license required.
• BA/BS Degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and claims management systems.
• Ability to analyze and interpret contracts.
• Pursuit of AIC, ARM, or CPCU certification is a plus.
