Overview

The Plant Engineering Supervisor will collaborate with innovative teams at 3M, ensuring a safe and efficient workplace while providing direct supervision and leadership to assigned employees.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Minimum of three years' experience in manufacturing.
• One year of supervisory experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Maximo.
• High School diploma with six years of experience is acceptable.
• Authorization to work in the USA without sponsorship.
