Engineering Supervisor - Remote

Overview

The Engineering Supervisor will provide best-in-class engineering services, ensuring 100% uptime and compliance with contractual obligations while managing a technical team and client relationships.

In Short

• Lead the hard services team for engineering requirements.
• Conduct audits and manage compliance with Integral/JLL processes.
• Monitor and report on Planned Preventative Maintenance System.
• Ensure technical activities meet health and safety requirements.
• Develop and manage client service level agreements.
• Provide emergency response and manage on-site team communications.
• Support tenant fitouts and attend key stakeholder meetings.
• Benchmark equipment performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Maintain the Asset Management Plan for critical assets.
• Drive energy performance and support ESG outputs.

Requirements

• Degree qualified in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in engineering services.
• High level of technical awareness in FM and new builds.
• Good understanding of PPM, RM, and CAFM systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Experience with BMS and control systems.
• IT literate.
• Ability to develop relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Experience in managing compliance and safety requirements.
