• Supervise product development in a fast-growing organization.
• Monitor, service, and troubleshoot electromechanical equipment.

• Source and repair faulty equipment.
• Work with engineers on testing generators and control systems.
• Utilize manufacturer-specific software for troubleshooting.
• Perform periodic inspections and maintenance.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.

Requirements

• Knowledge of electrical power distribution and control systems.
• Experience with mechanical systems.
• Technical degree or certification required.
• 4+ years of hands-on machinery repair and troubleshooting.
• 2+ years of mentoring technicians.
• Understanding of generator theory and electrical troubleshooting.
• Ability to interpret electrical and mechanical schematics.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Proficiency with MS Office products.
