Overview

Enchanted Rock is seeking a detailed-oriented electrical engineer to manage Design Engineering responsibilities for multiple microgrid projects, ensuring reliability and compliance with standards.

In Short

• Coordinate technical aspects of microgrid projects.
• Work with electric utility companies for service requests.
• Assist in meeting project goals related to schedule and budget.
• Prepare detailed project design packages.
• Conduct power system studies and assessments.
• Supervise third-party engineers and designers.
• Utilize AutoCAD and ETAP for modeling.
• Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
• Work in a hybrid schedule based in Houston, TX.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 5 years of experience in Electrical and Project Engineering.
• Strong understanding of MV & LV electrical power distribution.
• Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Effective written and oral communication skills.
• Self-motivated with strong time management skills.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Knowledge of NEC, ANSI/NEMA, and IEEE standards.
• Physical ability to perform site visits and office tasks.
