Remote Sales Team Lead

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Outbound Sales Team Lead to help drive performance and revenue growth within our call center sales organization. In this role, you will lead, coach, and develop a team of outbound sales representatives while ensuring strong performance against sales goals and key metrics.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of outbound call center sales leadership experience
• Proven ability to lead and motivate sales teams to meet or exceed performance targets
• Strong understanding of sales metrics, KPIs, and performance tracking
• Excellent communication, leadership, and coaching skills
• Experience working in a fast-paced, performance-driven sales environment
