Remote Sales Lead

Overview

This position is for a Remote Sales Lead who will manage a team dedicated to serving State Agencies, focusing on enhancing efficiency within the public safety sector.

Requirements

• 10+ years in complex enterprise SaaS or B2G sales.
• 5+ years managing or coaching sales teams.
• Familiarity with state government procurement and RFP processes.
• Experience selling into Law Enforcement, Corrections, or Emergency Management.
• Understanding of grant-funded sales motions.
• Track record of overachievement as a leader.
• Proficient with Salesforce.
• Willing to travel up to 60% of the time.
• Located in any major U.S. metropolitan city.
