Overview

As a Staff Solutions Engineer (SE) at Upbound, you will play a crucial role in our pre-sales team, supporting efforts across the EMEA region by engaging with customers to understand their technical business problems and demonstrating the value of Upbound's products.

In Short

• Partner with Sales Account Executives for technical discussions.
• Work cross-functionally to create and deliver presentations and demos.
• Assist customers in designing and implementing solutions using Crossplane.
• Collect customer requirements for accurate project estimations.
• Act as the technical voice and trusted advisor for customers.
• Project manage accounts to ensure smooth implementation.
• Guide customers through deploying Kubernetes in production.
• Understand highly scaled services across major cloud providers.
• Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Identify and streamline the sales process.

Requirements

• Experience with Kubernetes and cloud infrastructure.
