Requirements

• 12+ years of software engineering experience with 5+ years in leadership roles.
• Experience designing and scaling container workload management platforms.
• Deep expertise in Kubernetes and cloud-native architectures.
• Experience leading complex technical initiatives at scale.
• Strong understanding of control plane design patterns.
• Proficiency in multiple programming languages, especially Go and Python.
• Knowledge of cloud infrastructure primitives across major providers.
• Experience with infrastructure-as-code and GitOps methodologies.
• Strong communication skills for diverse audiences.
• Track record of driving alignment across teams.
