Head of Marketing - Remote

Overview

The Head of Marketing will be responsible for influencing and leading the execution of Upbound’s marketing strategy. This individual will play a critical role in shaping our brand, driving demand generation, and positioning Upbound as leader in the cloud platform ecosystem.

• Design and implement multi-channel campaigns to drive awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
• Oversee the creation of high-quality content, including blog posts, whitepapers, and webinars.
• Build and manage co-marketing initiatives with partners in the cloud ecosystem.
• Work closely with product teams to develop go-to-market strategies for new features.
• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing initiatives.
• Present insights and recommendations to the executive team.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in marketing roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership position.
• Proven track record of successfully marketing enterprise technology solutions.
• Deep understanding of B2B marketing strategies.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with open-source technologies and developer communities is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical skills and familiarity with marketing tools.
• A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
