In Short

• Assume overall end-to-end project management ownership of multiple projects.
• Maintain a strong focus on change management and communications.
• Regularly interface with project sponsors and stakeholders.
• Develop, implement, manage and review short and long-term plans.
• Mobilize a project team with the right mix of talent and skills.
• Monitor stakeholder engagement and report on implementation progress.
• Maintain project budget and collaborate with finance team.
• 5+ years working in healthcare project management.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent designation preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Requirements

• Undergraduate Degree in Health, Business or related field.
• 5+ years experience in healthcare project management.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver large, complex projects.
• Ability to communicate effectively with senior management.
• Strong tactical and strategic thinking skills.
• Proficient in computer software (MS Office, MS Project, etc.).
• Experience managing interdisciplinary project teams.
• Excellent team building and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Experience in developing business plans and revenue opportunities.
