The University Health Network (UHN) is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to join the Virtual Behavioural Medicine Program in Geriatric Psychiatry, primarily supporting individuals with dementia across Ontario.

Requirements

• Master's Degree in Nursing required.
• Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario in the Extended Class.
• Nurse Practitioner Adult certificate or Primary Care complete.
