Requirements

• Licensed Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) in New York.
• Active DEA license in NY.
• Minimum of 2 onsite days in Melville or Massapequa office.
• Onsite days are Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday.
• Active NPI number.
• 2+ years of experience providing medication management.
• Experience in a Behavioral Health setting.
• Experience caring for diverse patients.
• Skilled in evidence-based clinical treatment methods.
• Excellent clinical knowledge and communication skills.
