  • Develop and implement detailed strategies to exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  • Lead all stages of the sales cycle, from prospecting and pitching to closing and post-sales relationship management.
  • Cultivate long-term partnerships with executive decision-makers in e-commerce, logistics, 3PLs, and related industries.
  • Challenge the status quo and position UniUni as a trusted partner for innovative delivery solutions.
  • Work closely with BD, product, tech, and operations teams to deliver tailored client solutions and influence product roadmaps.
  • Regularly monitor sales performance metrics to ensure alignment with goals and proactively adjust strategies as needed.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in e-commerce or logistics.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
  • Analytical mindset to track performance metrics.
  • Experience in cross-functional collaboration.
