Overview

Unity is seeking a highly experienced Senior Sales Overlay to lead and manage Unity Asset Manager sales across the AMER region. This role is critical in ensuring Unity continues growth and increases market share for our Real-Time 3D Asset Management suite, and will collaborate across multiple internal teams and supporting sales reps in customer-facing engagements. The ideal candidate will bring strategic thinking, deep industry expertise, and a passion for enabling revenue growth in complex environments.

In Short

• Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for Unity’s Asset Manager sales growth across the AMER region.
• Partner with sales, finance, legal, compliance, and other internal stakeholders.
• Support sales in customer-facing meetings to uncover use cases.
• Act as a trusted advisor to GTM teams, providing market feedback.
• Navigate complex deal structures and enterprise contracting processes.

Requirements

• Senior-level experience in sales, with a proven track record in the software/SaaS industry.
• Expertise in complex deal structures and negotiation.
• Strong ability to collaborate across departments.
• Strategic mindset with a history of successful market strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with digital asset management software is preferred.
