Business Insights Specialist - Remote

Overview

The Business Insights Specialist will play a key role in the development, management, and analysis of data related to Unitek Learning’s Workforce Development Division operations and its partnerships with healthcare organizations.

In Short

• Building data dashboards and visualizations
• Identifying market trends and customer behavior patterns
• Performing complex data analysis to uncover insights
• Developing predictive models to forecast business performance
• Conducting in-depth research on new markets and healthcare industry trends
• Developing compelling data-driven sales materials and presentations
• Collecting, cleaning, and processing large sets of data
• Preparing and delivering regular internal reports
• Ensuring data integrity and consistency across BI systems
• Training staff and partners on BI tools and dashboards

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems, Data Science, or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in business intelligence or data analysis
• Proficiency in BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Project management abilities with a track record of meeting deadlines
• Understanding of the healthcare education landscape preferred
• Experience with SQL and statistical analysis preferred
