This role is designed for consultative B2B sales executives who have a firsthand understanding of business principles and a proven ability to lead businesses and business owners to their monumental breakthroughs.

• Engage with SMB and middle-market business owners through Business Strategy Sessions.
• Utilize Tony Robbins' Business Mastery principles to guide business strategy sessions.
• Conduct 45-60 minute business strategy sessions focused on gap analysis and roadmapping.
• Transform discussions into high-value Business Mastery pitches.
• Employ mindset coaching techniques to motivate clients towards action.
• Build value and sell Business Mastery programs, including ongoing coaching.
• Engage in team training in NLP, influence, and sales psychology.
• Exceptional listening, analyzing, and persuading skills.
• Skilled in high-ticket B2B sales environments.
• Familiarity with Tony Robbins’ business teachings is preferred.

• 3+ years in consultative B2B sales and account executive roles.
