Overview

We are looking for a Partner Account Manager to drive long-term partnerships and increase project revenue. In this role, you will manage 30–40 partners, ensuring their success and growth while working with warm leads and onboarding new partners.

In Short

  • Onboard new partners, ensuring smooth integration and alignment with our goals
  • Conduct regular analytics, providing partners with timely insights and recommendations
  • Gather, analyze, and prioritize partner feedback to inform product and support teams
  • Collaborate with support and product teams to resolve partner issues efficiently
  • Keep partners updated on company developments and key changes
  • Stay on top of industry trends and implement market-driven strategies

Requirements

  • Proficient in English (B2+) with strong communication skills
  • 1+ years of experience in a client-facing role
  • Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
  • Results-driven, client-focused approach
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills
  • Ability to work independently and structure information effectively

  • Would be a plus
  • 2+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or Sales
  • Experience with CRM tools
  • Familiarity with analytics platforms like Tableau or Amplitude
