So, you will join a passionate, expert team tackling everything from scaling AI-powered recommendations to launching high-impact, data-driven features that boost monetization and engagement. In Short

• Create high-impact creatives across paid traffic channels.
• Collaborate with designers to create visual and textual content.
• Develop and brainstorm creative concepts.
• Analyze competitors' concepts for creative inspiration.
• Research user behavior and funnels.
• Work closely with the user acquisition team and other departments.
• Analyze creative testing and report findings.

Requirements

• At least 6 months of experience in performance marketing.
• KPI-driven mindset with experience in CPA, CTR, ROI.
• Experience creating technical briefs for designers.
• Proven ability to conduct competitor and market research.
• Confident user of analytical and data visualization tools.
• Strong organizational skills.
• English level B2+.
