Overview

We are Brainstack, a Ukrainian multi-product IT company. We are looking for a Junior Creative Marketing Manager to join our product team, which creates and scales digital products.

• Willingness to learn and communicate effectively in a team.

Requirements

• Ability to prepare clear creative briefs for designers.
• Generate ideas for advertising campaigns.
• Create static advertising creatives.
• Make simple video creatives using no-code tools.
• Adapt and localize creatives for various formats.
• Participate in A/B testing and optimization.
• Monitor basic creative metrics.
• Ensure compliance with advertising platform policies.
• Collaborate closely with managers, marketers, and designers.
