The Business Advisor for Vast plays a key role in helping franchise locations succeed by understanding their needs and providing guidance in sales and operations.
In Short
Travel to franchise locations to assist with business setup and operations.
Develop sales strategies and coach Sales Managers.
Provide guidance on marketing campaigns and lead development.
Train franchisees on sales and operations guidelines.
Examine P&L statements for revenue solutions.
Compile Key Performance Indicators for locations.
Assist franchisees in improving brand image and profitability.
Participate in regional meetings and process paperwork.
Engage with franchisees to build strong business relationships.
Work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to industry changes.
Requirements
Associates degree or equivalent education/experience.
2-4 years of experience in Coworking/Flexible Office Space.
Experience in sales and business operations.
Valid driver’s license and automobile insurance.
Technical aptitude and ability to learn new technologies.
Exceptional problem-solving skills.
Proficient in MS Office products.
Willingness to travel up to 70%.
Experience with graphic design, POS, and accounting software is a plus.
