• Educate customers on Microsoft 365 products and services.
• Assist customers in evaluating the benefits of a Microsoft 365 subscription.
• Advise on different subscription plans and features.
• Guide customers through new subscriptions or enhancements.
• Stay updated on the latest Microsoft 365 updates.
• Document technical issues and solutions.
• Collaborate with other technical support engineers.
• Ensure a high level of customer success.

Requirements

• Technical advisory or implementation experience in a Microsoft 365 environment.
• Strong consultative and chat communication skills.
• Preferred certifications: MVP, MCT, MCSA, MCSE.
• RAVE experience (a plus but not required).
