Overview

In this role, you would provide technical support and advice to our customers and help them get the most out of their Microsoft 365 subscriptions.

• Provide technical support for Microsoft 365 tools.
• Respond to technical advisory and implementation questions via chat and phone.

Requirements

• Advisory or technical implementation experience.
• Strong consultative skills in a Microsoft 365 environment.
• MVPs, MCTs, MCSAs, MCSEs certifications preferred.
• Device requirements include Windows 10 Pro and specific hardware specifications.
• Minimum internet speed of 25 Mbps download.
• No third-party antivirus software installed.
• Microphone/headset with noise cancellation required.
• Webcam compatible with Windows Hello Technology preferred.
