Business Advisor - Venture X - Remote

Overview

As a Business Advisor for Vast, you will play a key role traveling to visit all franchise locations within your assigned territories with the purpose of understanding and defining their needs. You will have the opportunity to help the franchisees, and their staff create and achieve their goals and find success in their local market.

In Short

• Travel to franchise locations to assist with setup and operations.
• Develop sales strategies and coach Sales Managers.
• Provide guidance on marketing campaigns.
• Implement training for franchisee locations.
• Examine P&L statements for solutions on revenue.
• Instruct franchisees in areas for business improvement.
• Compile Key Performance Indicators.
• Assist with brand image and profitability.
• Participate in regional meetings.
• Complete required paperwork.

Requirements

• Associates degree or equivalent education.
• 2-4 years experience in Coworking/Flexible Office Space.
• Sales and business operations experience.
• Eligible driver’s license and valid insurance.
• Technical aptitude for new technologies.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in MS Office products.
• Schedule flexibility and willingness to travel up to 70%.
• Experience with graphic design and accounting software is a plus.
