Graduate Resources Coordinator - Remote

Overview

The Graduate Resources Coordinator supports the coordination and delivery of graduate resources to promote positive placement outcomes. This position works closely with graduates to identify and facilitate access to available resources. The role also assists with daily administrative tasks within Career Services and supports accurate tracking of resource usage.

• Assist with Graduate Resource Support by engaging with graduates to understand their needs.
• Support Graduate Placement Efforts including transportation and childcare services.
• Facilitate clear communication with Career Services staff and graduates.
• Provide administrative support to the Career Services Department.
• Contribute to process efficiency for graduate resource programs.
• Track and report expenses related to resources.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 6 months of experience in customer service or administrative roles.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to contribute to a diverse and inclusive environment.
• Basic computer literacy skills.
