Overview

The Career Readiness Advisor at UMA is responsible for guiding and empowering students in their transition from education to employment through personalized coaching and interview preparation.

In Short

• Prepare students for the interview process with practice sessions.
• Set real-world expectations for interviews.
• Facilitate video interview sessions.
• Create individualized action plans for students.
• Maintain professionalism and control during sessions.
• Collaborate with team members in a remote environment.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
• Outstanding student service skills.
• Professionalism and attention to detail.
• Fluent communication in English.
• Ability to support an inclusive work environment.
• Basic computer skills.
