Overview

The Technical Account Manager will work with strategic customers in the Public Sector, ensuring they successfully utilize the UiPath platform and derive business value from it.

In Short

  • Take ownership of customers' technical success with the UiPath platform.
  • Collaborate with account teams to develop adoption plans.
  • Provide technical advisory and guidance for automation programs.
  • Assist with platform infrastructure, installation, and troubleshooting.
  • Educate customers on best practices for automation.
  • Conduct design and code reviews for automations.
  • Perform technical health checks for automation programs.
  • Manage escalated support incidents with product support teams.
  • Identify risks and create mitigation plans.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Requirements

  • 7+ years in technical customer-facing roles.
  • Solid programming background, preferably in .NET.
  • Experience with UiPath or similar products.
  • Familiarity with AI technologies like LLMs and Computer Vision.
  • SaaS and Cloud technical experience.
  • Background in technical support or consulting is a plus.
  • Experience with Windows and Linux server infrastructure.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Computer Science degree or equivalent.
