Overview

ProWood, a division of UFP Industries, seeks a Sales Development Representative to play a crucial role in the Retail sales process by identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, while building and maintaining relationships with customers.

In Short

  • Generate new sales through stores and special orders.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
  • Familiarity with basic sales techniques and lead identification.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field preferred.
  • Understanding of basic accounting and business concepts.
  • Proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking).
  • Competencies in achievement, motivation, and relationship building.
