Overview

Placer.ai is looking for a talented sales development professional who will be responsible for getting prospects excited to take a demo of our software. You will be responsible for prospecting via phone, email and social media. Your primary goal is to qualify all prospects and ensure account executives have a clear understanding of their needs in order to convert leads into clients.

In Short

  • Prospect, educate, qualify, and develop target accounts from lead-generation activities.
  • Engage with prospects via phone by making a minimum of 500 calls per week.
  • Generate qualified meetings from both inbound and outbound channels.
  • Collaborate with Account Executive(s) on account mapping and prospecting exercises.
  • Help manage the sales team’s meeting calendar before events.
  • Learn and maintain in-depth knowledge of Placer’s platform and industry trends.
  • Find relevant insights and data to share with prospects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • High desire to build a career in Sales.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM and Salesloft/Outreach is ideal.
  • Exceptional ability to organize work and tasks.
  • Passion for learning new things and continuous improvement.
  • Knowledge of SaaS and marketing technology industry is desirable.
