Senior Project Manager - Remote

Overview

The Senior Project Manager is responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of customer programs to achieve operational and financial targets for mid-large-sized divisional customers, while working collaboratively with an Account Executive on programs requiring multidivisional coordination.

In Short

• Manage all phases of the project/program including RFP, order confirmations, and production.
• Develop and manage project timelines with customer approval.
• Review and approve design/detail architectural drawings.
• Monitor production status and ensure quality standards.
• Assist in managing finished goods inventory.
• Support estimating and costing of programs.
• Pursue revenue and margin growth in partnership with Sales and Operations.
• Act as a mentor to junior Project Management associates.
• May oversee Project Administrators and Coordinators.
• Travel required up to 25% within the country.

Requirements

• Preferred bachelor's degree.
• Minimum of five years of experience in project management.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience in manufacturing.
• Proficiency in English in reading, writing, and speaking.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Strong customer relationship skills.
• Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.
• Proficient in business operation software.
• Ability to apply business math to manufacturing processes.
