Requirements

• Strong understanding of authentication protocols and web APIs.
• Excellent communication skills in both Japanese and English.
• Experience with HR/HCM and Learning Ecosystem Solutions.
• Passion for AI and machine learning innovations.
• Understanding of core security concepts and data privacy regulations.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve integration challenges.
• Solid grasp of data structures and algorithms.
