Requirements

• Native and business fluency in Mandarin.
• At least 3 years in a technical pre-sales role.
• Understanding of the sales cycle and pre-sales engineering.
• Experience with voice protocols and messaging APIs.
• Ability to communicate complex topics effectively.
• Knowledge of public cloud platforms and application architectures.
• Experience in backend development.
• Familiarity with REST APIs.
• Problem-solving skills and creativity.
• Experience with telecommunications or contact center roles is a plus.
