Senior Solutions Engineer - Remote

Overview

SailPoint is seeking a Senior Solution Engineer to support the US Northeast sales regions for Enterprise accounts, leveraging technical expertise and business acumen to drive identity security solutions.

In Short

• Support sales teams by applying technical abilities in identity security.
• Participate in demos and training for best practices.
• Contribute to building technical collateral.
• Engage in customer requirement discovery and solution alignment.
• Present product demonstrations to prospective customers.
• Assist in developing RFP responses.
• Provide feedback to Product Management on enhancements.
• Network and build personal brand in the industry.
• Fluent in the language of Identity Security.
• Travel flexibility within the Northeast US.

Requirements

• 5+ years of pre-sales technical experience in enterprise software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of technical infrastructure and modern SaaS architecture.
• Familiarity with Java, XML, LDAP, SQL, JSON, Azure/AWS/GCP.
• 3+ years working with Identity Governance and Access Management solutions preferred.
• BA/BS or global equivalent; 8 years of related experience.
