The Regional Accounts Associate Director for Gene Therapy is a remote position that focuses on managing key accounts and ensuring effective reimbursement and case support for Novartis Gene Therapies.

Requirements

• B.S./B.A. degree; advanced degree is a plus.
• Track record in pharmaceutical sales management.
• Experience with injectable products and specialty pharmacy relationships.
• Strong business ethics and compliance knowledge.
• Ability to build rapport with various stakeholders.
• In-depth knowledge of institutional selling preferred.
• Experience with rare diseases is a plus.
• Must be comfortable with overnight travel.
• Driving is an essential function of this role.
• COVID-19 vaccination compliance may be required based on client guidelines.
