Overview

The Associate Director of US Marketing Gene Therapy leads promotional programs that will direct the pre-launch and launch efforts within the US market and maximize the opportunity to enable patients with rare/ultra-rare diseases to have a new treatment option.

In Short

• Lead promotional programs and develop resources for HCPs and patients.
• Work closely with the Marketing Lead and National Sales Director.
• Develop and support US marketing initiatives.
• Collaborate with Digital Lead for non-personal promotion activities.
• Manage HCP and patient congress/conferences.
• Develop and lead promotional speaker bureau.
• Cultivate relationships with cross-functional teams.
• Primary contact with MRC team and multiple agencies/vendors.
• Manage all assigned promotional activities within guidelines.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree or equivalent life-sciences qualification required.
• Minimum 7+ years of marketing and sales experience.
• Strong command of analytical and market research techniques.
• Demonstrated ability to think strategically and act creatively.
• Proven experience working with external partners.
• Strong leadership and ability to drive influence.
• Excellent public presentation and communication skills.
• Up to 30% travel in the US required.
