Associate Account Director - Remote

Overview

As an Associate Account Director at Recorded Future, you will be a key member of our team, supporting the growth of our customer base by assisting in account management and business development efforts.

• Assist in prospecting and acquiring new clients aligning client’s cybersecurity needs with Recorded Future’s solutions.
• Identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customers receive the full value of solutions.
• Support with solution demonstrations and sales presentations.
• Help develop and present sales proposals that align with customer needs.
• Assist in the negotiation process and closing of deals.
• Track and manage sales activities within Salesforce.
• 0-2 years of experience in sales or customer service.
• Strong interest in cybersecurity and sales.
• Excellent communication skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to travel up to 20% (if needed).
