Associate Director, Neuroscience Systems of Care - Remote

Overview

This is a field-based and remote opportunity supporting key accounts in an assigned geography. The Associate Director will drive business impact for Novartis Neuroscience within designated accounts.

In Short

• Lead cross-functional account teams to develop and execute account plans.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree a plus.
• 5+ years of experience in the specialty pharmaceutical/biotech industry.
• 2+ years in project management/leadership.
• Deep understanding of US healthcare ecosystems.
• Demonstrated leadership skills in a matrix environment.
• Must reside within territory or reasonable commuting distance.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Experience with organized customer groups in healthcare.
• Neuroscience or related healthcare experience preferred.
• Ability to travel extensively within the territory.
