Overview

The Access and Reimbursement Manager (ARM) is responsible for providing education on access and reimbursement topics to healthcare providers, supporting patient access to pharmaceutical products, and collaborating with various internal teams to ensure effective delivery of services.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in reimbursement or pharmaceutical industry.
• Experience with specialty pharmacy products.
• Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid policies.
• Ability to analyze problems and offer solutions.
• Strong presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple products and relationships.
• Strong business acumen.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to travel at least 50% of the time.
