Requirements

• Strong experience as an HR Business Partner in fast-paced environments.
• Proven ability to advise on organisational performance.
• Experience with transformation and change initiatives.
• Commercially minded with strong business understanding.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Confident coaching abilities to influence leaders.
• Knowledge in organisational design and team structure optimisation.
• Experience in change management execution.
• Working knowledge of employment law (Europe, UK, US).
